Observation

2)c) There is an art display string that is mounted low on the wall where is will be easily accessible to children. The string is long enough to pose a hazard. 2)c) There are several corded appliances in a low cabinet that will be in an area accessible to children. The cords must not be accessible. 3)a) There were several screws protruding from the fence and a nail protruding from the board under the sliding glass door that could cut or puncture a child. 3)c) The bifold doors in the kitchen pose a pinching hazard. 3)g) There is flaking paint on the board under the sliding glass door. There was also cracked/broken plastic on one of the panels of siding just to the right of the board. This area will be accessible to children. 5)a) There are two electrical outlets on the back of the house in the outdoor play area that have plastic covers that can be opened, so the outlets would be accessible to children. They are not tamper resistant. 5)b) There were two outlets in the kitchen that are GFCI protected, but are not tamper resistant.
